Giovany Rojas343 days agoI was looking for a new dentist in West Hollywood for dental implants, and I’m so happy I found Smile Lounge West Hollywood! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a brand-new, modern office — everything is spotless, high-tech, and so inviting. I have really high dental anxiety, but the dentist and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. They explained every step, made sure I was comfortable, and honestly changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. The fees were very fair, especially for such a beautiful office and amazing care. The location is perfect — right next to Trader Joe’s and my favorite cookie shop, Junior Cookies! I was able to walk there easily and loved the convenience. I’m beyond impressed with Smile Lounge West Hollywood and already telling all my friends to come here. Laura Davis436 days agoThis, my first experience with teeth whitening, was a very positive experience. And I could see the results right away. I am impressed, and keen to keep up my brighter whiter smile, so I will return. I was glad to have been introduced to VIP Dental via a coupon I was given during Gay Pride parade, handed to me by Hannah, who I saw today. The staff all are nice people - especially since I am not a regular client with them (I live in the Bay Area - but sometimes work in West Hollywood.) I wanted to try whitening my teeth - and where better to do that than in L.A., famous for people with bright smiles? This West Hollywood office is right on Santa Monica Blvd. I am so glad that they had an open time for my impromptu appointment, it makes my day. And it truly made a difference, resulting in the clearly lighter tone of my teeth. Great experience all around, I give them 7 stars!+0Posted on Google
Juana Mays-Blackshear669 days agoThe VIP Dental Spas was the best place ever. I lost my flipper and had to go to a Birthday. It's the tooth to the front # 25 and when you smile everyone could see the tooth is missing. I was upset and was going to cancel but I got referred to VIP Dental and the did their magic in 20 mintues. I left their on cloud nine because I can smile again. Thank you so much. The staff was amazing and the dentist is the best. If you have an emergency his office is the place to go.+2Posted on Google

Josh B32 days agoI’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years, and Smile Lounge in West Hollywood is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Dr. Sherwin is an amazing dentist and genuinely such a great person. He really lives up to the “Smile Lounge” name — always friendly, always smiling, and most importantly, very honest and practical. I never feel like he’s trying to sell me on treatments I don’t need, which is huge when dental care can get so expensive. The staff is friendly and efficient, and I love that everything is digital — no more piles of paperwork! Most of all, I feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of here. That kind of trust is hard to find with a dentist. Highly recommend Smile Lounge and Dr. Sherwin!Posted on Google

They took care of me on short notice fixed my teeth issues that no other dentist took care of and just amazing kind loving caring people! These people care about you first! He’s always smiling and actually makes you feel comfortable and safe—no small feat in a dentist’s chair. His team is just as solid. Gonzo was super gentle with the X-rays, no rush, no stress. Melissa explained everything in a way that didn’t make me panic, and Katelynn always welcomes you like you matter, not just another appointment. I’m someone who gets their teeth cleaned every 3-4 months to stay healthy, and they make going to the dentist a very easy experience. For many people going to get their teeth cleaned can be either painful or anxiety provoking, but the dental staff and dentists are very kind and thoughtful and focused on making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Every staff member is personable and they make it a point to get to know you, and ask how you are. The office is clean and new and they have made it look wonderful. The receptionists are so kind as well and this truly is a great place to get dental care at. I highly recommend!Posted on Google

It’s so hard to find a good dentist but he & his entire team always bring their A game. The sparkling water offered at every visit is a nice touch too! Thank you all! Nathan K329 days agoNo one likes going to the dentist but the doctors here really make the experience as painless as possible. They offer appointments after 5pm to accommodate those of us who work, they have an excellent front office staff that will work with your insurance to get as much of your treatment covered as possible, and the two dentists I saw were both exceptional at making me feel at ease. I came in for a deep cleaning and whitening treatment and it was the least painful dental experience I have had thus far. I'm so grateful for the kind and compassionate care I received from this office. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!Posted on Google

It is after 10pm and the doctor not only answered, but met us in ten minutes and had my tooth fixed and we were on our way in twenty minutes. The office is new, so beautiful and he was amazing. star345 days agoI can’t stop SMILING !!! My gums were bleeding every time I brushed and flossed — I honestly thought I was going to lose a tooth. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely comfortable and never judged me for letting things go too long. The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing — so gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. She explained everything step-by-step and made sure I understood how to keep my gums healthy long-term. The deep cleaning I received was beyond what I expected. I barely felt any discomfort, and afterward my mouth felt so fresh and clean. Within a few days, my gums stopped bleeding completely. It’s incredible what a difference great care can make. If you’re dealing with bleeding gums, sensitive teeth, or need a professional deep cleaning in West Hollywood, I can’t recommend Smile Lounge West Hollywood enough. The location is right next door to my gym in WEHO JOHN REED which is going to make life so much easier This place has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist — it’s honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had.Posted on Google

Kayleen Kraynak407 days agoI don’t make reviews EVER. But i came on here to say this place is absolutely amazing ! I’ve never felt so safe at a dental office before in my life. I came in with an insane amount of work that needed to be done on my teeth with no insurance and they worked with me and came up with a step by step plan to get what i needed to get done. The staff made me feel like family as soon as i called the day before and when I walked through the door. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place & will be continuing to get services done with them in the future. 😌 Not to mention I didn’t have to wait even a second in the waiting room before they got me in for my appointment. Which i thought was very impressive.Load more
